I enjoyed this book, as I do with most Bolan's. I thought that the Jack the Ripper concept was refreshing and intriguing for an Executioner. I wished it could have been drawn out more, but I understand why it wasn't. What I like about this book (and all other Executioners)is that it tells a 215 page story in 215 pages. The story always moves forward. I could argue that this book could have been more entertaining if expanded, maybe to SuperBolan length. The action was good, and I also enjoyed the procederual aspects used in tracking down the villians identity. -
I am fairly new to the series, having read a dozen or so in the last year in a half. I generally turn to Bolan when I'm looking for heavy action. This book didn't provide the normal intense shootouts that Bolan usually finds himself in, but I was by no means disappointed. I thought the book was well plotted. Everything fit well together, and the storyline was was fairly believable. I would have liked to see more interaction between Bolan and the Farm, but I don't view that as a negative just a personal preference.
