An excellent combination of action and emotion in this book.Bolan doesn't stop in this one,yet we see how he was considering many distracting things at once.I wonder how many minutes exactly he spent in that ice cold water? One of my favorites among the new war books I have read so far.

The book that started it all. War Against the Mafia is not only the start of a series, but the start of a life; none other than Mack Bolan's. It was also the start of much fascination for millions of fans who have watched the many stages of Mack's war. Whereas many other books have long boring stretches of page-filling material, War Against the Mafia gets right to the point (Well,almost.I do like a bit of page filler.)and tells you how a man learns of his family's slaying on the other side of the globe,what else he finds out when he gets there,and what he's going to do about it now. Overall, one of the best books I have ever read!If you have never read it, get your hands on a copy!

An excellent book! I loved how Bolan infiltrated the secret Vietnamese base. The action never stopped. This book also shed a bit of light on Bolan's past. Nobody writes like Pendleton did.

One of my favorite SuperBolans. The part where he snuck onto the ship and blew it up was superb. I really liked how kind he was to the sex slaves,this book showed Bolan's kind side well in that part. It made you understand how deeply he still felt about his kid sister, Cindy. I couldn't stand Jake Pool's character however. The quicker Mack finished him off the better as far as I was concerned.

This was a pretty good read which I did enjoy-the begining was entertaining, Mack being attacked by the helicopter and all. The chase through Miami and the scene above the warehouse were also interesting, and the end was great, but it had too many slow parts.

One of my favorites! I loved how Bolan was continuosly chased. Brains flowing out is a little cheesy though.The Red Ties would be dead instantly.

Very Touching. The horrors that this man has gone through!
