Bolan starts off with a mission to rescue a reporter. This dovetails into a mission to save a country (Argentina)from moderen day generation Nazis.I can't give this book enough praise for its action scences. The pluses 1.THe CIA agents are kick-@$$ guys with an atitude. 2.The bad guys look to me like Greek Gods with muscle and are hard to kill with one guy looking like Satan and one of the others looking like a witch doctor. 3. The bad guys wern't on StonyMan radar at all. 4. The president thinks about putting MACK BOLAN on lonewolf status. 5. Bolan and friends get beaten up horribly and ammo and weapons are in short supply while the Nazis hold all the cards. 6.There are 5 brothers. In the end Chuck Rogers has done a good job.

I enjoyed this book from the first page. The bad guys were such such psychos especially Minze. The action was top rate. I did have some problems with the book though. The Scion was killed off too easily by Able Team when, the Scion was just as smart as Able Team or Bolan or even smarter.-1 I was hoping that Minze would try to seduce Bolan or Lyons that would have been cool. Also if some of the members of Scion had escaped in the last scence for some future books,would have been interesting.-1 At least the head of S2 surived.The fight Bolan had with the German terrorists and the way Able team used the license plates to create the USA.+1 When Bolan shoot the bookie before he called Scion was a little too much. I don't think he would really do that.-1 Overall, a good book despite its flaws.

It seems everybody gets a very large piece of pie in this book. Bolan himself gets a minor mention. The action scences were an afterthought.The tension wasn;t there so you couldn't care who lived or died. In the end it was very unfulliling.

This book was a wreak that not only was waiting to happen it did. 1. Too many charcters doing too many things in bit parts. 2.Sometimes I didn't only know where the Phoenix Consortium was I didn't know where Bolan was. 3.Many of the scences could have been pared down or elimanted. If all the corrections were made it could have been a decent SuperBolan. The only scence I liked was when Baraka finds the nuclear suitcase and says "tell the consurtium we found there bomb." I give this book 5 stars

This reminded me of old Bolan of the Mafia wars.The idea of stopping (white) slavery and China stealing materials for its miltary was done in an exciting way. The addition of Jasmine was a nice touch and liked the interplay bewteen Katz and her. The problems I had are these. 1. When Dong has to flee to Germany and face Mack I felt was rushed. 2. The book itself could been 2Excutioner books with no loss of suspense and action. 3. Some of the scences in SMF could have been removed from the book without any loss of action.

I thought the book was okay. Ireally didn't get a feel for the good guys (Bolan,Able Team,KOwlasli, and the rest) there was no there there. It just felt like they were going through the motions. The bad guys (the RING) were a hoot as they treated everything as one big game. Even though Adonis and Dark were good bad guys I liked DeeDee Thunder and Harpy. But for all that it was still an average book.

I didn't enjoy this book as much as I should have. Some of the scences and conversations were right out of Night of the jaguar. That really annoyed me Big Time. SO i have take 2-3 stars away from a really interesting story. THe action was first-rate and the charcaters were more than cut-outs. the major alim and the CIA AGENT Fred Brynes stole the shows as A Chinese occupation of Indoesia is thwarted.

Mack bolan is on the hunt for a rogue Mossad unit that targets witnessess to attacks on refguee camps. Which takes Bolan to Afghanstan. There he mets up with some old allies to help him and some new ones: from American SF who play by the rules, and an Israeli agent and ahumane Hamas group trying to find the Mossad unit and their ex-Taliban cohorts. There was action on every scence which I liked very much. The Hamas group I may have disagreed with at first, but then I grew to understand their motives in their behavior in the end. The relatinship bewteen lt. Wesley and Rosenberg (Geren) I thought believeable. What threw me for a loop was GEren alias being Rosenberg, her green eyes, and red hair, she looked like Willow from the series Buffy. So when she died I thought OMG they killed Willow and Wesley character remined me of the Angel series so points off that.Also no explantions on how she has a Nazi grandfather. Points added on for how Bolan killed the leader of Mossad group and his final words to him.

I throughly enjoyed Entry Point: THe canivore Project 1, the actions and motives of all the charcters were belivable. The main enemy is named RHatib who is is a boy genius who knows computers and wants to gain illegal acess to the CArnivore program which controls all knowledge of America's defensive and offensive weapons systems. This would leave America vulnerable to the New Islamic Front. Rhatib reasons too cripple America are a breath of fresh air as he doesn't want to destroy the U.SA. but show it shouldn't place it faith in modern technology as he is against seems against the taking of human life. Helping Bolan is the suave pilot Grimaldi and Tyra MacEwan a computer programmer who is just as brillant as Rhatib and maybe the only person who can stop him via computer. I defintely liked the romance between GRimaldi and MacEwan. ALso the musings on MacEwan but doesn't want to get involved sexually with her.

"You are a walking John Woo movie" as one head terriost says before he is blown away. Then the fun really begins when the U.S. transport head terriost al-Laud who makes bin Lauden seems civilised to the states for trial. Well things don't go according to plan and Bolan has to stop al-Laud nefarious plans from coming to fruition with the help of two former blacksuits. THe situations in the desert as the 3 men survive and chase al-Laud were belivable and gave it you are there feel.The motives of al-Laud were realistic against the United States.

I throughly enjoyed Awakening. The banter and sci-fi references of 21st humans I found refreshing from the doubt I hear from the Cerebus Exiles from time to time.Team Phoneix is refreshingly new.My only problem is that Team Phoneix should have refused to make Cerebus its new base and that Gilgamesh Bates wasn't seen in his corporael form until the end of book. The action of all the charcters was believeable.

I have read dozens of these books. Savage Game is the best one. Hands down. It has the best bad guy (The Iceman), the best crime outfit (Brand, C.T., Lawrence....)the best scene (the graveyard), the best plot, the best action (by far!). This book is a 10. A great big F'n 10! Read this book!
